1st Rate pet services is a full time service business, we are not a pet sitter making extra money, this is a serious business and treated as such. 1st Rate Services is the only eco friendly pet service that offers Dog Poop Pickup, Complete Kitty Litter Cleaning, Pet Sitting, Dog Walking, Pet Taxi, & Septic System Installation.
When you are on vacation, you don't want to have to worry about your pet, and that is where our pet sitting services come in. It is much less stressful for the pet to be left at home than to be taken to a kennel, and we will set up a custom schedule with you that will assure that your pets are getting the attention and love they need and deserve while you are away.
Our dog walking and drop in visit services are excellent for families who have to work or otherwise be out of the home for long hours each day and need the pets fed and let out 1 or more times during the day. We can create a custom schedule that works for you and your pet.
Our pooper scooping service was created because we LOVE the beautiful fresh water springs here in Florida and want to do our part to help keep them healthy. Dog waste that is left in the yard can be washed into the ground and end up in the springs, causing extra nitrates that create that green slimy stuff you see in parts of the springs. Pet waste also carries disease and can infect your pet and family members if left in the yard. We will come by 1 or more times a week and clean up your pet waste, or leave a bucket so you can scoop it yourself and we'll pick it up and dispose of it in an eco-friendly manner.

We offer pet taxi, kitty litter box cleanup, pet door installation, and pet septic installation as well.
