We are a home based patient care. We provide medical services such as: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Work, and Home Health Aide.
We are licensed by the State of Illinois, licensed by Medicare, and accredited by The Joint Commission-Highest Standard for Accreditation.
We also, assist with ordering Durable Medical Equipment, Diabetes Supplies, and Pull ups, etc. We have a home doctor that can visit you or your loved one at home, we have a mobilelaboratory, and a visiting podiatrist.
We accept Medicare.
