Hello! My name is John Morales Certified Personal Trainer and Sponsored Athlete. My mission is to help all children and adults achieve their fitness goals! I have a background history in SAQ, sports training, and played soccer for major league teams. I work with many young adults and children to help create a healthier but fun lifestyle.
