About the business
I'm a former collegiate athlete and high school teacher and coach. I've taught nutrition , weightlifting, health and wellness, positive body image, resilience and empowerment to young men and women for the last 20 years.
I am a mom to two sets of twins, now ages 8 and 6, so this isn't my first rodeo when it comes to making changes to my food, movement, self-care and mindset in order to deal with real life as a mom and all that brings, while also taking care of myself in a way that's sustainable and healthy.
I lost my hair to alopecia a few years back and instead of trying to get it to grow back ( boring and not my style), I shaved what little was left, decided to teach my children what true confidence and a positive body image looked like and have been rocking a bold and bald head ever since.
I believe everything is a skill you can learn, practice and master and that's what I help you do.
I teach healthy and sustainable eating habits and nutrition skills for individuals, athletes, teams, families or groups ages 8 and older.
I teach and coach growth mindset, positive body image, resilience and self-esteem for teams, groups, teams, families, or individuals ages 8 and older.
I teach positive body image and coping skills specifically for people dealing with alopecia areata as well as help parents support children dealing with it.
I teach skills that help people cultivate healthy habits, enhance their well being both physically and mentally and support them as they make the changes in their real lives.
