This place is awful. Not only do they treat their employees wrong, but clients as well. As a previous employee I feel their model should be "its not personal its business." Joan and her on site office staff are the most rude and deceitful people i have ever met. The owner is never their nor return calls. As a previous employee they will tell you you must take certain training courses before assisting certain clients and that is FALSE! They will send you with no experience putting yourself as well as the clients safety in danger. The owner is very unprofessional claiming to file for harassment because of an email asking the next time she will be in the office. In her email she states she there everyday so why can I not meet with you. They are strictly about money and I would never let my love ones use their service.
