Promised Care LLC is a home care agency that focuses on a holistic approach and a partnership relationship with our clients by encouraging them to be active participants in their care plan. In doing so, they can enjoy a satisfactory outcome of the care they receive.
We provide 24-hour live-incare, 12 hours, 10 hours, 8 hours, or a minimum of 4 hours per day care. We also provide sleep in or night care services at home and companionship, as well as bed side support on admission to the hospital. We will provide our services anywhere in the state of Massachusetts, out of state, or abroad on holidays on (i.e. Cruise Ships).
Our services would benefit people who are discharged from hospitals and back into the community. We provide respite care services in order to give the main caregiver a break, long or short term, away from the day to day activities of caring for their love one 24/7. Our staff are suitably trained and well experienced in carrying out care activities.
We provide transportation and support services to our clients, who have scheduled OUT PATIENT COSMETIC PROCEDURES or OTHER PROCEDURES, anywhere in the state of Massachusetts.
We will pick up clients from their homes and take them to scheduled clinical or hospital appointments. According to client's choice of transportation, we will transport the client using our company executive car, a taxi service, community bus service, or any other means of public transport at client's request.
We will work closely with pharmacy managers according to their protocol. We will pick up your medication and safely deliver it to your home; and record these activities in our notes. When necessary, we will remind you to take your medication according to prescription. … show more
