Ajith Segaram was appointed General Manager, Enterprise in July 2024, after having served as Head of Global Account Management since May 2023. He originally joined the company in 2020 as Vice President, Sales Operations. 

In his role as General Manager, Ajith oversees sales, marketing, account management, and partnerships for Care for Business, the company’s enterprise segment. Prior to joining Care.com in 2020, Ajith previously held senior sales and operations roles at Joveo, a startup helping companies optimize their recruitment spend, and Monster.com, a global leader in connecting people and jobs. He spent his longest tenure of 13 years at Monster.com, during which he was responsible for growing its largest multinational clients and supporting the launch of the company’s Global Account Management program. 

Ajith attended Toronto Metropolitan University where he majored in Computer Science, and later attended Seneca College and graduated in Computer Programming & Analysis with a specialization in database programming. Ajith resides in Toronto, Canada with his two daughters and his wife.
