Naaz was appointed Chief Customer Experience Officer (CXO) in September 2023. In this capacity, she has oversight for all aspects of the customer relationship, ranging from Global Customer Operations, which includes all member care teams, to Trust & Safety. In addition, she leads the Company’s Provider Product team, working to enhance the user experience for caregivers using the Care platform.
Naaz joined Care from HBO Max where she was Senior Vice President, Retention & Editorial and managed the network’s US customer retention strategy, lifecycle marketing and editorial content. Earlier, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Avantax Wealth Management, preceded by senior roles at Academic Partnerships, Expedia Group, Nokia, and Match.com.
She received her MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and her BA from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a proud – and busy – mom to two children.
