Nestled in the heart of Keller, Texas, our Montessori-based preschool and childcare program is designed to nurture young minds from 6 weeks to 6 years old in a warm, supportive, and inspiring environment. At Joyous Montessori, we believe every child is a unique individual with boundless potential, and our mission is to cultivate that potential through a carefully crafted educational experience rooted in the globally renowned Montessori philosophy. Serving families across Keller, Southlake, Fort Worth, and surrounding communities like Westlake, Colleyville, Trophy Club, and North Richland Hills, Joyous Montessori Keller has earned a reputation as a trusted partner in early childhood education since its establishment in 2016. We are proud to be recognized as the #1 Best Rated Montessori School in Keller for 2025 by the Quality Business Awards, achieving a quality score exceeding 95%. This accolade reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence in education, care, and creating a nurturing space where children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. A Personalized Approach to Learning At Joyous Montessori Keller, we understand that no two children are alike. That’s why we maintain a low student-teacher ratio, ensuring each child receives the personalized attention they deserve. Our certified teachers, trained in the Montessori method, guide infants, toddlers, and preschoolers through hands-on activities tailored to their developmental stage and individual interests. From the youngest learners in our infant program to the budding scholars in our preschool classrooms, every child is encouraged to explore, discover, and grow at their own pace. Our curriculum is designed to spark curiosity and build confidence, drawing on the time-tested principles of Dr. Maria Montessori, Italy’s first female physician and the visionary behind the Montessori method. Dr. Montessori believed that children teach themselves when provided with a structured environment filled with developmentally appropriate opportunities. At Joyous Montessori Keller, we bring this philosophy to life by offering a rich array of self-correcting Montessori materials that foster independence, coordination, and concentration—skills that lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning. A Nature-Inspired Campus Our campus, located at 1685 Keller Parkway, is a serene oasis that blends education with the beauty of the natural world. Nestled on a wooded lot, Joyous Montessori Keller offers a peaceful, nature-inspired setting where children can connect with their surroundings. Our outdoor play areas, shaded by a canopy of trees from spring to fall, provide the perfect space for little ones to run, play, and explore. This harmony between education and nature is a cornerstone of our approach, creating a stimulating yet calming environment that supports holistic development. Inside, our meticulously designed classrooms are equipped with Montessori materials that encourage self-directed learning. Mixed-age groupings allow older children to mentor their younger peers, fostering leadership skills and a sense of community, while younger learners benefit from observing and collaborating with their classmates. Practical life activities—such as pouring, spooning, or buttoning—help children develop fine motor skills and independence, while sensorial exercises refine their senses and prepare them for advanced academic concepts like mathematics. Programs Tailored to Every Stage Joyous Montessori Keller offers a range of programs to meet the needs of children at every stage of early development: Infant Program (6 weeks to 18 months): Our infant classrooms provide a safe, nurturing space where babies can explore and develop under the watchful care of experienced caregivers. We focus on sensory experiences and motor development, giving your little one the best start in life. Toddler Program (18 months to 3 years): For toddlers, we introduce hands-on activities that build coordination, concentration, and independence. Our teachers guide children through practical life exercises and early language development, setting the stage for future success. Preschool Program (3 to 6 years): Our preschool curriculum is where the Montessori method truly shines. Children engage in a rich blend of language arts, mathematics, and cultural studies through interactive, self-paced methods. Reading, writing, and counting come alive as kids discover their abilities in a joyful, supportive setting. Beyond academics, we offer enrichment programs that address emotional, physical, and social growth. From music and art to outdoor exploration, these activities ensure your child develops into a well-rounded individual with a deep love for learning. Why Choose Joyous Montessori Keller? Families choose Joyous Montessori Keller for its unique blend of quality education and compassionate care. Here’s what sets us apart: Qualified, Passionate Teachers: Our staff is not only trained in the Montessori method but also deeply committed to the well-being and growth of every child. Their expertise ensures a secure, motivating environment where kids feel empowered to explore their interests. Holistic Development: We go beyond academics to nurture focus, self-discipline, and positive social skills. Studies show Montessori-educated children excel in standardized tests and rank above average in traits like responsibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning—skills that prepare them for future success. Safe and Secure Environment: Your child’s happiness and safety are our top priorities. Our campus is designed with security in mind, offering peace of mind to parents while providing ample space for play and discovery. Joyful Learning Experience: Unlike traditional education systems, our approach ensures children learn advanced concepts with joy, fostering a lifelong passion for knowledge. I live in the Keller/FT worth area and will be watching about 5 kids in my home M-F, 6am-6pm. I charge $30/day. I am accepting fully-time or part-time kids. I live in an apartment but don't rule me out just yet because of that. I have a play room, and a backyard and anything else I would need for the kids. I have a playhouse in the backyard and will be getting more and more stuff as I grow my business. I provide all food (breakfast, lunch, and snack) and wipes. I do not provide diapers or formula. The curriculum I do is actually a home-school curriculum online called Easy-Peasy All In One Home-School. It goes from preschool all the way through high school. I love it and the kids really enjoy it. About me: I am a 22-year-old wife and mother to an almost 2-year-old daughter. I have about 6 years of "official" experience. I have worked as a nanny a couple of times, worked in daycare centers, worked with many special needs children, and I have currently been helping a woman run an in-home daycare out of her home for over a year. But now, I am trying to transitions into doing it on my own and watching 5 children out of my home. With my experience I have a good idea of how I want to run things. I have a list of things not to do and things I want to. Thankfully I had the opportunity to work in this woman's home and really get a feel for how it is. Now I know, this is really what I want to do and the career path I want to take. This is a long-term goal for me and I will only keep improving as time goes on. I really enjoy having a good time, dancing, singing (although not very well), and having a great time with the kids. Being outdoors, doing fun crafts, and reading are all things that make me happy. I am really excited about this journey and I hope you can be too.

Hello, my name is Mandy and I have had an in-home child care for 6 years and absolutely love it! I watch all ages of children. I provide full time, part time or after school child care. We do lots of arts and crafts, lots of field trips. We attend small fry club at McDonalds every week. The kids I watch are my family and are just as comfortable at my home just like their own. They love it here! I have had many of them tell me I'm the best babysitter they have ever had, which is a huge complement! Which means I am doing my job that I love very well.

We enjoy playing at the playground, eating and cooking healthy snacks and doing arts and crafts. I play and learn with the kids like I do with my daughter, which often involves fun music and dancing! I will gladly do cloth diapers as I use those with my own little one. Snacks and feeding can be negotiated to the parent's specifications 60 day notice is ideal notice for your vacation time, as I buy supplies for the month. I handle my own vacation time the same way and can recommend a replacement sitter while I'm away. My neighborhood has a pool and playground for the kids. It is safe and has walking paths to take an afternoon bike ride.
