| Hello! My name is Sharon and I am a second year UofT student, double-majoring in sociology and human geography. I have advanced fluency in English as well as Cantonese and Mandarin. I graduated from an IB school in Hong Kong where I took higher level language and literature. I've had previous tutoring experiences with teaching English to under-privileged local students in Hong Kong as well as one-on-one private tutoring for children. I am able to adapt to a lesson plan to suit a child and can work with children from varied ages, knowledge levels and learning habits. | Hello! I am a 21 year old dance student, currently living in Toronto, who loves books, children, and the outdoors. Originally from a small-town in BC, I grew up caring for children in my mother's in-home daycare, and volunteering with young dancers' classes at my dance studio. In 2015, I graduated high school with honours, while taking a full academic course-load and simultaneously attending a professional ballet training program. In addition to this, I have received 2 years of training in dance education, and have now independently taught dance for 4 years, to students of all ages, experiences, and abilities. This past summer, I was also the Summer Education Coordinator in my hometown's local art gallery, where I taught 3 art classes daily, to students age three to twenty five.
