| Hello there my name is kyara ,Im a English teacher I currently study for be a teacher in the bridgde tefl focusing in English, french and Spanish. I would like to work with out school program because its a good platform . Im a nice person and friendly ,i want to share my creativity in my classes ,motivation, enthusiasm with my students I also like to help others in any way, that is why im a nursing assistant , in this career i have learned that everyone is different and that we have to treat others with respect and love. i have experience as a teacher since i was 12 , teaching math ,physique,french and the principal English my priority,.I like to share my knowledge with others. | Je suis étudiante au baccalauréat en psychologie à l'Université Laval et j'offre mon aide en tutorat aux étudiants du primaire, secondaire, collégial, universitaire et adultes. Je suis tutrice depuis 3 ans et mes étudiants ont tous vu leurs résultats scolaires monter en flèche! J'adopte une stratégie d'apprentissage basée sur la valorisation des concepts déjà acquis pour ensuite bâtir de nouvelles connaissances qui ont des bases solides. Je fais des liens entre les concepts ardus et ceux qui sont déjà bien intégrés pour offrir une compréhension globale et non juste du par-cœur. Je fournis des exercices à faire entre les séances et je fais un retour sur ces derniers avec l'étudiant. J'utilise aussi beaucoup de stratégies cognitives visant à enseigner la matière à l'étudiant de la manière la plus adaptée et personnalisée pour lui/elle. Je prends toujours le temps de vérifier que l'étudiant comprend bien ce que je lui explique avant de passer à un autre niveau. Mon tutorat est basé sur la confiance entre l'étudiant et moi, et je valorise les questions et les demandes de diverses explications. Je suis très souriante et chaleureuse et je n'ai aucune objection aux enfants et aux animaux si les sessions se déroulent à domicile.
