Janna was a lifesaver! We needed a backup overnight sitter for the birth of our third child when other childcare options fell through. Her professional and prompt response stood out, and I strongly felt she would make an excellent sitter. And she still managed to exceed our expectations! Janna was always prompt in responding, flexible, and, most importantly, our young children loved her on sight and said they wanted her to be their sitter. The day we left for the hospital, Janna arrived on time and prepared. She followed the instructions we left her and kept us updated throughout, and when we came home the following day, our children were happy as can be. We will continue using Janna as our date night sitter once we start going out again, and HIGHLY recommend her as a warm, loving, and responsible professional.
