| I am the owner of a pet care business here in Calgary, Anima Pet Services, and we are insured and bonded with complete background checks to ensure we offer the best and most trustworthy service to our clients. During the week we offer services that include dog walking and drop in visits, and during the weekend I offer pet photography sessions to capture those special memories and all life stages of your furry family member. I am available to pet sit all week long and will not be gone longer than 5 hours a day during the week when I am staying with your pet. I understand not all dogs can settle into a dog boarding facility or at a stranger's home, so if you are looking for your pooch to be looked after in the comfort of their own home I am happy to come to you! And for all breeds I provide individual day walks while you work so they can get the special attention they deserve. I have worked with reactive/aggressive dogs for the past year so if this is something that causes you to hesitate when searching for a dog walker I can supply a stress free walk to your pup. I am experienced in over night and day care, any and all medication administration, proper animal restraint and handling. I will provide your pet with the love and care you desire for your pet when you are not able to be there. I offer complimentary nail trims to all over night animals and will socialize your pet with other animals and train in areas you are wanting.

I have had dogs my entire life, I'm an absolute animal lover, and I'm also an approved foster home through BARCS rescue in Calgary Alberta. I typically have the most experience with larger high energy, and more controversial breeds that require a strong handler. I also have a lot of experience with seniors, and high maintenance breeds. I have experience with reactive dogs to both other animals and people, and have taken care of dogs with bite histories. I also enjoy just the run of the mill pooch as well! Since I currently work for myself, and from home, your animals will be under constant supervision, and care taking for animals is my priority. | I used to run my own personal business on rover before the pandemic where I offered in-home pet boarding, doggie daycare, day visits and walking/grooming services and I adored my work! I have been working with pets (of ALL KINDS!) my whole life and have always had the softest spot for caring for others pawed-family-members just as much as they would themselves. It is never a bad day if I can be the one to leave a lasting smile on someone's face and brighten their day. I will always take the time to ensure you and your fury friends are the most recent additions to my own family! During the time I haven't been able to do continue working through Rover I have continued working with the local shelter as a volunteer and temporary positions in different kennels and groomers across Calgary. My boyfriend loves dogs, cats, all pets inbetween and used to foster dogs himself, so you have two very experienced, caring additions to your family while you are in need of someone who's there for your furry family members! I know your pet isn't just a pet, they're part of your family. I was a pet sitter for 2 years and fell in love with every dog, cat and yes, reptile, I ever had contact with. Dogs and cats are my passion but I am available for whatever family you have. As a pet sitter my duties were entering a client's home to either take their pet for a walk or to just spend time there with them, play with them, feed them, clean the litter box, etc. Right now I'm not able to offer boarding but I can offer to stay in your home if needed. I can also offer yard clean up if needed as I have a business called Scoop It Up.
