My name is Fana, and I am a dedicated and open-minded young lady who believes in developing professional skills. I would like to teach as a tutor for mathematical sciences courses. I have extensive experience tutoring students in mathematics and natural science at all levels of education. I have helped students with challenges in science, especially mathematics, and I feel that my experience would allow me to succeed as a mathematical sciences tutor. I know how important it is for a student to feel confident in their work and how to approach a problem from multiple angles. I completed a BSc and MSc in Mathematics in Ethiopia. Then, I completed my second MSc at the AIMS-Cameroon. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D in Mathematics at Polytechnique-Montreal. I am eager to add value to the institution by tutoring students and provide opportunities for developing important intellectual skills in problem-solving. I use my educational experience to create an environment where students can thrive. I am enthusiastic about tutoring because, in my experience, students tell me they have a challenge understanding science fields, especially mathematics, and I really want to help them and see their success, which makes me feel really proud.
