My names Montana, and I have a passion for people. I also enjoy being active and outside, I love animals and art and am always willing to try new things. I believe in strength based approach when working with any individual. I have experience working with people of ages 0-80. I graduated with an advanced diploma in Child and Youth Care but since then have gained experience working with individuals with complex needs. This includes multiple diagnosis, complex mental health, Autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities and mobility/communication difficulties.
