Companionship: Our therapists are that someone with whom they can talk, sing, reminisce, play, learn, start a project and be themselves. We will do regular visits and relationship building over smiles, conversation and leisurely activities. Recreation Therapy: We provide 1:1 recreational therapy to individuals coping with a disability or disease. Our care is based on each client's particular goals and needs. Respite Care: Ensure comfort for your loved ones and provide respite to family members. Hospital Transition Care: Support and referral management to transition safely from hospital or rehab to home and vice versa. Shopping/Running Errands: Do you need to get groceries, go to the pharmacy or pick up something at the store? We're here to help you or your loved ones.
