I rendered services as a private duty nurse for 1 year to a 65 years old male pt with left sided paralysis in the Philippines. i assist client in his ambulation, activities of daily living, maintaining hygiene (bathing, grooming) when needed and do arrangement for physical, speech and occupational therapy as appropriate. i also have 1 year work experience in the hospital (emergency room)
