Help Needed for Front Yard Clear Out - LOTS of Weeding & Turning Soil

We recently moved into a new house and the front yard is out of control. I need someone to come mow the grass/weeds and then pull out the weeds, turn the soil and generally prepare it for me to plant new perennials and native grasses.
Must have own equipment as we don't have anything.
Lawn is on a steep incline. Photos available upon request.
Please note I said 8 hours/1 day but I don't know if it is really possible to do within that time, I'm happy to hear your recommendations.
