Searing for a permanent part-time Nanny

by Alexandra • Winnipeg
Nice to meet you! My name is Alexandra and my husband's name is Eugene. About our family: We are a family of four, with a 3 year old son and infant daughter. We're a laid back family who loves the outdoors, DIY projects and spending time together. We value attachment, respectful and connection focused parenting. We live directly across from a park, so it's easy to get outside! We're also walking distance to Libraries community centers and other City owned parks. What we are looking for: Ideally, we would love a part-time nanny to become an extension of our family, providing connection-focused care to our son and daughter. We're looking for more than just a nanny, we're hoping to build a relationship with our caregiver. We'd hope they are just as invested in our family's growth and care, as we are in their growth and development. Hours of Work: Tuesday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm Duties: We're hoping our care provider will help with light housework, laundry, meal prep, most importantly, caring for our kids. Our day looks like this: 7:00 Breakfast 8:00 to 11:30 Play (some of it outside, snack) 11:00 Infant nap 11:30 Lunch 12:30 Stories/quiet play 13:00 Walk/playground 14:00 Infant nap 14:30 snack 15:00 Play until Mom or Dad gets home *But please note, this is a GENERAL timeline throughout the day. We very much follow our kids lead. We can chat more about this through the interview process. *Our son will be attending pre-school from 9:10am to 11:40am Wednesdays until the end of June. It is walkable from our home. He is off for the summer (July/August) and returns to preschool every morning starting in September. Start date: April/May 2024 We look forward to meeting you!
